The rear seat (3 person slider) is not designed to be removed by the end-user. However, this site has a good procedure from the shop manual for removing the rear bench seat. http://home.earthlink.net/~vqfaq/

On a 2000 Mercury Villager : The washer fluid for the rear liftgate is supplied by the same reservoir as the windshield ( located in the engine compartment )
