Under the seat, towards the rear of the seat, there is a splice in the cable that goes to the back of the vehicle. This cable connects to the levers just inside the back door that allow the seats to be folded while standing behnid the vehicle.
This splice is black plastic- about an inch in diameter and about 2.5 inches long.
In the center is a grey clip that holds everything together.
Remove the grey clip.
Rotate the splice until you see a split on the rear that will allow the rear cable to pass through.
Turn the splice 90 degrees so the cable finds its way through the splt.
The ferrule on the end of the cable can then pass.
Good Luck
