The rear speakers are a piece of cake; I just did them. At least the normal ones are. There's a JBL speaker set that also came with the 2001 Sienna, and they might be different, but I doubt that the installation is any different. The plastic grille pops off and the speakers are exposed, held in place with 4 screws. It's a standard 6,1/2" round speaker, so any 6,1/2" will physically fit; the only difference will be in the quality of the speaker replacement. Mine were standard ones with no tweeter in the middle, but I upgraded, very inexpensively at my local discount auto parts store, to ones with a tweeter in the middle. There's one trick. After you remove the 4 screws (the top one is somewhat hidden, but you can get to it more easily by loosening [not removing] the two housing bolts towards the front of the auto, and that gives you a little extra play in moving the whole assembly to be able to get to the top screw), the speaker is still stuck very tightly to the housing. It's being held by silicone caulk, and takes a little prying with a razor knife and slot-head screwdriver to remove, but once you do that, the speaker comes free.
*shrugs* come on why cant you figure that out "just ask your local 2001 Toyota sienna speaker dealer"
