Audi's don't use hub caps. The wheel is one big piece.
Small scratches can sometimes be removed by an abrasive paint restorer, like T.Cut. Also a bit of wet and dry paper, used gently and of a fine grade. This cuts into the laquer and blends it into the rest of the wheel. Use with caution. Alloy refurb is sometimes the only option with deep scracthes.
I unknowingly drove into a big pot hole, and it removed mine for me. Popped right off!

There are dedicated car stores such as Halfords that sell hub caps. One can also go to a local car dealer specialising in the make of car the hub caps are required for. Potentially cheaper alternates include breaker yards and internet auction sites.
Scratches can rarely be removed fro plastic. The only way to remove scratches from plastic is to melt the abrasions.
The hub caps are held on with the lug nut covers, these are plastic, and screw on the lug bolts if you use the lug wrench you can loosen the plastic hub cap lug bolts and be able to remove the hub cap without loosening the lug bolts. 2001 L200's have lug bolts rather than lug nuts.
Use the lug wrench. If the car has wire wheel caps, you may have to use the adapter tool to remove the center cap and unscrew the cap from the hub.
Hub caps?
To remove visible scratches from a diamond, a diamond cutter can either re-cut the stone, or polish out the scratches if they are not deep.
