The smell lingered forever and the more I researched about toxicity and called the company who makes the product indicated at least a month for smell to leave. I removed the furniture from my home and threw it out. Luckily only a very small investment in the project but not worth the health risk. This product is so toxic that it should only be used in prime conditions.
