remove the belt and usually it will be a 13mm nut to remove from the front of the compressor and everything should pull off fairly easy
there are three bolts under the transmission case by the converter clutch butterfly valve take them off and its under there but make sure you have completely removed the gasket
cant be done without clearing the lines out you maybe better off buying a new compressor than replacing the clutch on your old one very tricky task and may not be worth the hassle. requires a special tool

You don't. There is not a clutch cable on a 1998 integra. It has a hydraulic clutch.
