No you do not have to take the wheel off but to replace the p/s belt the front motor mount will have to be removed--the engine doesnt drop much but a jack under the pan is helpful- the other belt is on a spring loaded adjuster
The bulb is blown or someone has removed it.
Replace the thermostat.
It doesnt have a conventional filter. It will have a bolt on the opposite side to the sump bolt which when removed will have a spring then a small gauze basket filter. This can be cleaned with a solvent and re-fitted. I have never had to change one but if it is damaged then you will probably want to replace it.
Put the wire back.
Try Windex & a soft cloth if that doesnt do it Try Pam cooking spray, soft cloth of that doesnt work Try WD40 & soft cloth if that doesnt work, replace the board.
OPen the trunk or hood, pull out the panel and replace the bulb... If that doesnt work, check your fuses
ford doesnt have a ram pickup ram is dodge
Replace the indicators and if that doesnt work replace the bulbs because that means either one or the other is going bad.
i dont really think there is any set time to replace a golf ball . if you see it has a slice or cut in it or you see its off round & doesnt roll straight or it just doesnt seem to go as far < replace it.
this is not an answer, but another person looking for that answer. I have a sister who had her gallbladder removed then years later developed PBC ,but her twin sister didnt have her gallbladder removed and doesnt have PBC
More then likely you need to replace the Thermostat.
