It is located under the motor, front and center. To access it, you must get under the vehicle.
You will need to remove the center air vent diffuser. Gently prior around the center dual vent to find and release the holding clips. Slide the vent out. The flasher is on the left inside and is removed from the vent opening. Pricey part coming from China.
The turn-signal flasher on my 2001 Olds Intrigue is the same unit as the hazard warning unit. The part number is GM 10401280. you can access to and replace it through the center vent air deflector. You can use a small flat screw driver to open the top clip of the vent deflector to remove the vent. The Hazard Warning Switch Turn Signal Flasher will be visible on the left.
The turn signal relay is part of the hazard switch. You can access is by removing the center vent. I think the part is around $20 from a dealer. Mine is going out, but I've found that I can just give the dashboard a "technical tap" and the blinkers come back on.

Yep, this is a hard one to find. It is located BEHIND THE CENTER OF INSTRUMENT PANEL.
Pull the plastic trim that surrounds the radio and center stack, remove the screws that hold it in, pull it out and unplug it. Reverse to install.
The signal flasher and 4-way flasher are located behind the lower dash pannel aprox above the center hump in the floor. You have to remove the lower dash panel to gain access to them.

Flasher relay is located in the center console under the radio. You will have to disassemble the console in order to gain access to it.
