easiest way is with an air hammer and the appropriate clutch fan removal tool. however it can be done with a large wrench and a hammer. it just screws on. leave the serp belt on and a fast hard jolt in the proper direction lefty loosie righty tighty if I'm not mistaken. just be careful, may be best to leave to the profesional if you doubt your skill as bending the fan will ruin it and you can easily damage other components located in the vicinity

My 94 has a spring pin that pushes out of the connectors on either end. Since the steel pins are located in plastic fittings, they come out easily.
