use a short piece of 1/8 inch dowell to push in the spring loaded pin on the cylinder hinge just enough to release the hinge. be careful when removing the cylinder that you dont lose the spring loaded pin.

The cylinder on most revolvers is not intended to be user removeable. Some have left hand threads. You will really need to check with a gunsmith on these- not a very common revolver. Sorry-
you get bleach and a wet towel and everyday you wash it and it will soon go away.

No need to remove the cylinder. If it needs maintenance to fix a problem, take it to a gunsmith
Pull the cylinder pin forward while pushing the cylinder pin lock in the frame just ahead of the cylinder. If I recall, it pushes from right to left with the revolver pointing away from you.
you must remove the clutch slave cylinder and line. Then unbolt the starser and install the new one

Take it to a gunsmith. Remove cylinder - remove firing pin pin located under rear site - use finishing nail/small center punch ,place against back of firing pin and tap lightly driving pin toward "removed" cylinder
tap the narrow part of the wedge with a piece of wood or plastic mallet. it should slide out.
I would guess your revolver has not been used or cleaned in many moons. On the right side of receiver under cylinder there is a small screw. remove screw then remove cylinder and yoke. clean and OIL both parts until cylinder turns freely then replace.....................................
