This is a common problem. A firmware (software) update is available from Ford to help correct this problem with the mirrors on the 2003 Ford Expedition Eddie Bauer going out of limit, clicking, and not returning to the previous set position after the reverse assist. You can also disable the reverse assist from the computer dash board control.
The door switches are located inside the door locks. If your having any problems with them. for example your interior lights / running board lights exc, are staying on . spray some WD-40 on all the door jams including the rear door hatch and glass. this should take care of problem.

I believe that is in the right front passenger footwell , under the front edge of the carpet , mounted on the toe board just to the right of the transmission hump
This issue very well could be caused by a bad O2 sensor. The sensor is getting a bad reading and making the incorrect fuel mixture. This vehicle has OBD2 or on board diagnostics, and you can take your vehicle to some auto parts stores and have them use a device to get the diagnostic code. This should be able to help with your troubleshooting.
I believe the fuel pump inertia switch is in the right front passenger footwell , under the front edge of the carpet , mounted on the toe board , just to the right of the transmission hump

I'm not a mechanic / technician but check in the front passenger footwell , under the front edge of the carpet , mounted on the toe board just to the right of the transmission hump . I believe that is where the inertia switch was on my 1993 Ford Explorer
