Look for about 4 screws around the edge of the door, ( I think 2 are on the front edge and 2 are on the back edge) then get a screwdriver and remove the screws holding the inside handle. If you have Power window console, pry it out of door starting at the front edge. Using a wide, flat screwdriver or the special interior clip removal tool to pry the retaining clips from the mid to lower section of the door panel on the front and back edge. LOOK FOR extra screws as you go, if you pry on the panel and it is still attached by screws it could damage or crack the door panel. If you need to go deeper into the door there are 4 screws remove the speaker next. As you remove electronics, from the door you will naturally have to separate the wiring harness to remove the part from the door. Ray

The Daewoo had NO transponder on any of their vehicles from 1999-2002. Incorrect. The Daewoo Leganza had a transponder option in 2001+, as did the Lanos. The Nubria had a transponder option in 2000+.
On the fire wall.
If you're standing in front of the car by the radiator, its to the left of the battery. It looks like this http://www.partstrain.com/ShopByDepartment/EGR_Valve/DAEWOO/LEGANZA
Pull the radio out. On top of the radio there is a 4 digit number that's how you unlock it.. My car is a 2001 Leganza daewoo and the number is 4316.
You will probably need to visit your local Daewoo dealership for help.
