Depending on type of switch- either unscrew or just pry out
Remove the door panel. Remove the switch retainer. Remove the wiring harness. Reverse the process to install the new switch.
It really depends on which wiring harness. If you are asking about the whole cars wiring I would seriously take it to a shop. Other harnesses may be easy, like the radio harness, and door switch harnesses are the easy ones.
