open the driver side door. There is a panel on the dashboard that is really easy to remove when the door is open... ope panel, see fuses and on the panel is a diagram to locate which is which!

Depending on what panel your are talking about, but the panel around the radio just "pops" off. Well actually they both just pop off but you may need to assist them with a small flat-headed screw driver.
Using a screw driver remove the screws from the door panel, remove the clips, and pull the panel away from the frame slowly. Remove any wiring connectors, and remove the panel the rest of the way.
Using a screwdriver, remove the screws that are in the door panel, be sure to remove the clips as well, and gently pull the panel away from the frame. Remove any wire connectors between the frame and the panel, and pull the panel off the rest of the way.
You must remove those pieces that don't seem to flow with the door panel (they pop right off with a screw driver), then you will se screws underneath them... unscrew these screws and the door panel should easily pop right off.

The speaker cover's you are referring to, are they in the front or back of the vehicle. If in the front you have to remove the door panel. If in the back, just grabe yourself a flat head screw driver and carefully push under cover and pop out.

pop out small panel behind door pull remove two torx screws , remove two pop out connectors on outer edge of door panel near door latch ,grab bottom of door panel and pull it towards you this will release panel ,disconnect wires as needed if you want to remove entire panel from door, lift up on panel to remove it from edge of window track
