Perform this job at your own risk, and please exercise extreme caution. It's not a difficult job, but it's probably best left to professionals. With that said:
There are four 10mm screws located on the back of the steering wheel that must be removed to lift out the air bag module. Once you have the module out, remove the green tab from the wire harness attached to the air bag. The green tab just pulls out allowing the clip to be unfastened.
