Use a large sludge hammer along with PB blaster. Its rusted on im sure. Also make sure the parking brake is OFF

take tire off, pull brake shoes off, and on the backing plate in the back of it you will see 2 bolts that hold the wheel cylinder on, take the brake line out of the wheel cylinder and remove the 2 bolts and the wheel cylinder is off.

Jack up the vehicle, chock a wheel.. you may or may not need to remove the rim and tire to get to the wheel cylinder. Disconnect the brake fluid line, then remove the two bolts holding the wheel cylinder on. It'll come off at this point.
The easiest way to access the pulley is to remove the front right wheel and fender liner. The pulley will be right behind the liner.
