Not being funny, but sometimes you must use a hammer to loosen the rust and free the drum to pull it off.
It will take more effort if you have heavily scored the drums with bad brake shoes.

If you are new to doing drum brakes, then remove the drums on both rears and do one side while looking at the other side for reference.

The studs are attached to the drum so the easiest thing to do is remove the drum from the axle. Pop of the grease cap, remove the cotter pin and take off the crown nut. The drum should pull of the axle now

its not a size . its a specific part there is no size theres a driver side and passenger side part number from mopar.
Turn down the adjustor, and it should slide right off.
They often stick, with emergency brake OFF, vehicle jacked and blocked, use s small block off 2x4 against inside rim of drum, hit it with a heay hammer, rotate drum and keep hitting on opposite sides.
