You'll need a 10mm socket

1 DISCONNECT POWER/BATTERY SAFETY FIRST

2. remove plastic cover (flap) that goes over top of radiator.

3. remove 2, 10mm metal screws. these screws are for the shroud of the radiator.

4. there is 1 more 10mm screw....from underneath looking up....It's towards the bottom right side of the cooling fan shroud, hidden behind some electrical tubing. These are usually rusted.

5. Back up top.... you need to pry the radiator shroud (step 3) towards you, to get to the clip, holding the cooling fan shroud. The plastic clip is about 2" long.

6. When you get the clip off, with some finageling...work the shroud downward to remove

First unplug the fan. Second remove the bolts on the out side of the plastic fan shroud, the motor and fan blade are connected to this then remove the whole unit out of the car. Then remove the bolt that's connecting the fan blade to the motor, these bolts usually are reverse threads to you have turn the bolt to the right to remove it. i know it sounds crazy. Then the motor should come free of the plastic shroud and the blade. finally reverse the steps.
