first you must drop the oil pan. Only because the dust cover slides towards the front of the vehicle to dismount. unbolt the dustcover. there are three bolts. one at top right, one below top right and one at top left. there is a lip at the top that is supposed to sit on the rim of the oil pan so you cannot remove it without removing the oil pan. in order to remove the oil pan you have to remove the engin brace bar, and then the manifold pipe that is below the oil pan. you will then have the room needed for this. for the brace bar there are two bolts in the front of the vehicle and two in the back o the bar. for the manifold pipe you WILL need a impact wrench with an 1/2 inch extention.....about 8 to 12 inch and a 14mm socket. look between the engine and the radiator fans. you will see the pipe connect with three bolts. Spray bolts with a lube to help break loose so as to not break them.drop pipe after disconnecting from other end. i believe they are all 14mm. remove bolts from oil pan 10mm. drop pan. i had the same problem. lots of work. my pan is pressing against dust cover so never went on right. i hope you have better luck!!!

Disconnect the wires from the primary cover. Remove the primary cover. Remove the bolts holding the flywheel down. Use the flywheel puller to remove the flywheel from the crankshaft.Once the flywheel has been removed, you can now replace it with a new one. Make sure to use the same bolts to secure the flywheel to the crankshaft, and reconnect the wires to the primary cover.
