Inside both of the front wheel wells are 3 small screws which run up the inside of the well...there are 2 small bolts at the bottom on the inside of the bumper in front of the tires (in which one has a guide bar attached to it)...then underneath, are 5 small bolts at the back edge...remove those and the bumper cover will slide out...there are rubber slides that fit into header panel slots holding it on...it will be snug so work it back and forth to loosen up...i just took mine off and put it back on fairly easliy...
