Disconnect battery, pop out the window and door lock switches, remove the retaining screws around the door pull and if there is some around the trim. The door panel is held in place by retaining clips around the edge of the panel; carefully pry the panel away and the panel will begin to seperate. Go slowly because it is easy to miss a screw holding the panel in addition to the clips. As you pull the panel away, you will see a plastic vapor barrier that will need to be removed carefully. If you have an electric mirror you will need to release that also; they differ so you will need to see how your's releases. If you can straighten pound out the dent without replacing the door you will be farther ahead because then you just need to pull back the panel vs taking off your mirror, wiring, door, door spring, etc. Good luck.
