- remove wheel
- remove clips holding pads on
- loosen bleeder valve and compress cylinder
- remove recessed bolt on back of caliper (10mm deep socket)
- remove caliper
- slide pads off
take the calliper off/2bolts from the back side/ and use the hummer
Remove brake caliper then caliper mounting frame, held to knuckle by 2 bolts lower down.
remove tire un bolt and hold the caliper out of the way the rotor just slides on the studs
You remove the brake caliper, at this point, the rotor will come off.
You first remove the caliper, then the caliper mounting bracket. Then the rotor is free.
Remove brake caliper and then caliper mounting frame . Rotor is now free.
dodge caravan front brake rotors should come off after removing the brake caliper. first check for any hardware that may hold the rotor in place, then hit the rotor with a hammer, in between the wheel mounting studs. (not on the area where the brake pads make contact. this should knock the rotor loose. good luck.
I believe that caliper is held with 10mm bolts. Remove caliper, then caliper mounting frame, then rotor will come off.
They have to be pressed out mechanically. Mitsubishi blew it on this design.

Remove wheels Re-install 2 lug nuts to hold rotor in place' Disconnect flexible brake line Remove 2 caliper mounting bolts Slide caliper off rotor
I had the same thing on my 2002 caravan sport and I changed the caliper, rotor, and pads and no more clicking.
