Once you have the brake calipers off, they should just pull off the wheel studs. The only thing that may be holding them on yet, would be the factory assembly rings, put on over the wheel studs to keep them in place until wheel is put on during assembly. These can be removed and discarded.
Remove the tire and wheel from your 1994 Chevy. Remove the brake assembly. Tap on the rotors with a hammer or mallet. The rotors will slide off. Reverse the process to install the new rotors.
First remove the right and left tires, and then proceed to remove the rotors. After you have replaced the rotors put them back on.

On my '90, the rotors are held in place by the wheel studs. I had to press the wheel studs out, then the rotor separated from the hub.

pull off the front wheels. remove the calipers. remove the two screws that hold on the rotors. replace the rotors and reverse the procedure.
Tap off the rotor, it should come off, if not, I can't help you.
