You need a fuel line disconnect tool. Slide it over fuel line and push towards the connection and pull, the line will come off.
The fuel filter is on the drivers side frame under the brake master cylinder. To change it remove the 2 10mm nuts from the filter bracket then disconnect the fuel lines to it AND CAREFULLY REMOVE do not bend the plastic lines.

On the drivers side of the engine. Remove 2 bolts and the 2 fuel lines. Fuel lines first. It will be easier to remove the power steering pump and bracket first to access the fuel pump.

V8 engines the fuel pump is on the passenger side front of the engine Remove any belt driven accesories that would be in the way of the fuel pump. Remove the fuel lines then remove the 2 bolts securing the pump to the engine block.
Remove the exhaust at the flange in front of the tank, drop rear exhaust, remove fuel filler neck and fuel lines that protrude from back of tank at the top, remove 2 tank straps, drop tank, remove pump

Put the car on jack stands, unbolt the fuel fiter / fuel regulator assembly, unclip the fuel line bundle from its retainer (be careful not to damage the retainer), disconnect the lines from the unit as you remove it (the plastic fuel line retainers must be replaced when reassembling, installation is the reverse of the above.
