i have a 2000 grand prix and the fuses are located in the glove compartment so i would try looking there.
it is under dash, check under the glove department, you may have to remove the glove dept.
Open drivers door and look on end of dash opne glove box and to the left of it there is a compartment pull it out and it is behind it.
The tail light fuse is located in the fuse box which is located in the glove compartment. The tail light fuse will be a red wire.
The blower motor is located under the dashboard behind the glove box. Remove the glove box, passenger side scat and the blower motor will be visable.

The fuse box is on the outside side of the glove compartment. Open the passenger door and remove the cover to access. There are two additional fuse boxes on each side of the engine compartment above each fender. On the driver's side it's behind the washer fluid reservior. On the passenger's side it's in front of the coolant reservior. There is another in the glove box too.

To get to the fuse box on a 2002 Pontiac Grand Prix, open the front passenger side door. On the end of the dash, there is a small panel with a hole in it. Open this panel and you can see the fuse box. Next, open the glove compartment. On the right side of the glove compartment, there is a pull down panel. Grab the top of the handle and pull toward you. This will pop out and give you access to the fuses that you can see thru the side panel.
Remove the front tires, from your Pontiac Grand Prix. Remove the brakes and rotors. Unbolt the axle from the suspension. Remove the axle.
