There is no such chip included in the car. Speed is computer controlled. If you are driving a 93-94 model you can purchase a custom burned chip to add to your car which will remove the speed limitation. If you're running a 95 and newer mark, you can either use a chip as you would with the 93-94 models, or you can purchase a hand-held tuner and use it to adjust the programming in your engine computer to allow for higher speeds.
Disconnect the battery, and remove the electrical connection and remove the bolts, and reverse to install.
