you need to remove grille first before you can remove headlights and then there are four bolts to remove headlights it takes about one hour to do this job and have fun.

I detail headlights at used car dealerships and I have restored many Dodge Intrepids and other Chryslers. The headlight is an assembly, the outer lens does not come off.

The lens is only available as the whole fog lamp. You have to remove the bumper to replace it.
If it is on the outside, you can clean the light with any window cleaner. If it is on the inside of the light, you need to replace the light. You can buff it out. Go to any parts store and ask for a product that is used just for this purpose. You do not have to replace the lens.
you have to drop the tailgate and remove the two screws on the side of the taillight lens.

I was told by the Jeep Dealer tonight that you have to remove the tires/wheels and pop it out from the back.
remove the two light lens be careful not to break them. then remove the two torx screws behind the lens. give a slight pull down on the front of the console to remove the two clips and you are done.
