<p>Start by opening up the glovebox all the way, pinch the sides of the open glovebox inward in order to clear the stops and open the box fully. Clear out your glovebox first, obviously. There are 2 screws on either side of the center console, one at the top, and one at the bottom. You'll see their placement (it's mirrored on the driver's side) after you open the glove box all the way. Then, there are 2 screws going straight up into the center console, just above the cup holders. Once you get those taken off, the lower portion of the center console will come off (remove the connector from the back of the lighter plug. To remove the radio, there are 2 screws holding the radio to the center console, inside the dash, look up into the dash from where the cupholders are and you'll see them, they're about 2 1/2" apart.</p>

The dashboard on a 1991 Honda Civic is held on by several screws. Loosen and remove all of the screws. Then proceed to pull the dash out.
To replace the wiper control switch in the 1996 Honda Civic, you must remove the steering wheel. With the wheel out of the way , remove the column covers and disconnect the electrical harness from the wiper switch. Remove respective screws and slide replacement switch into place. Replace respective screws, column cover and steering wheel.
