On the stock steering wheel the triangle shaped horn cover in the center just pulls off the front. There are plastic 'plugs' that squeeze into rubber 'donuts' behind the horn cover, so just pull it off!

you can also use a 1.6 with the adapters from calmini susuky swiff motor but you have to modify the firewall a bit as the distributer cap touches it
remove horn cap undo nut untill it is at top of shaft do not remove completely pull on steering wheel and hit it with a hammer
disconnect the battery first, then if you can find the AIR BAG connector unplug it. if the horn cap is round, make sure that there are no screws in it and take a small screw driver or your fingers and pull straight out and it should release

the switch in the steering wheel is stock on or the relay for the horn is stock on. for the stock steering wheel, remove the round cap with a large screwdriver (there is a special spot) once the cap is removed, place the steering wheel straight right, at 10h position (on a clock) there is a stud an a spring device, you can pull the out, if the horn is still blowing check the relay. the relay is positioned over the passenger feet. the relay is yousualy white and neer the blue box, you can remove it with your hand. if the horn still blow, cut the wire...
