Remove wheel. Remove grease cup. Remove caliper & secure it so it does not interfere with spindle. Remove brake disc. Remove hub nut. Remove hub & bearing assembly. Use a two jaw pulley to remove hub if you can't do it by hand. Reverse procedure to install.
Remove the tire and wheel. Remove the brake assembly and rotor. Remove the axle end cap. The rear hub assembly will come off.
Remove hub cap, remove axle nut, raise and support front of vehicle, remove wheel, remove brake caliper and brake pads, remove caliper bracket, remove brake rotor, remove the three 15mm hex head bolts holding hub assembly to knuckle, remove hub assembly by tapping flange with a bfh. Reverse for assembly.
Remove tire, remove brake drum, remove brake assembly housing, remove 4 bolts from back of hub assembly, gently tap to remove hub/bearing assembly.
most places sell the complete hub assembly. You have to remove the brake assembly there are four bolts holding the hub assembly in place remove and reinstall
The complete hub and rotor assembly have to be removed in order to drive out wheel studs to separate the rotor from the hub. So, remove wheel, remove caliper, remove caliper bracket, remove axle retaining nut, remove 4 bolts holding hub assembly to spindle, dissconnect ABS sensor harness, remove hub assembly, remove all wheel studs then separate rotor from hub.
use a slide hammer to remove the hub from the bearing. do this on the car. or remove complete knuckle and press hub out with a press
i just recently did this and its not easy lol. you have to completely remove the spindle from the car and press the wheel bearing out along with the hub assembly.
you must repalce the whole hub since it comes as a assembly.

If drum brakes: remove brake drum Remove brake line Hub assembly should be secured by 4 bolts You may have to separate backing plate from hub assembly, by supporting backing plate and striking hub assembly sharply w/hammer
remove the tire,then the caliper and brakes. next remove the bracket that your brake caliper screws into. behind the hub assembley you will find three bolts in a triangle pattern remove those,unplug the wire for the speed sensor that leads to the back of the hub assembly. now on the lug nut side of the assembly there is a big nut that holds the axle in place remove that nut a 33mm I think and pop the hub off carefull not to rip the speed sensor wire from the back of the assembly
Remove the rear wheel. Remove the brake drum - may require a rap with a hammer. Remove grease cap from hub by tapping with hammer and flat screwdriver. Remove the hub nut (1 3/16" or 1 1/4") Hub assembly should slide off the axle. Hub cost $101 plus tax in Canada, US price was $57 on line. Reassemble with new hub assembly. Hub nut torque = 160 ft lbs
