Push down from the top of the plastic insert and pry it out. Remove the two Phillips head screws from the arm rest. Using a wide screwdriver or such object gently pry between the panel and the door to pop the clips out. grab bottom of door panel and rock back and forth while lifting panel of off window channel on top. Be careful of the wires to the door locks.

To replace the window crank handle on the 1993 Geo Prism, first remove the interior door panel. Then, access the screw that holds the window crank in place and remove it. You can then remove the handle itself.
General Chevy info, remove door hande bezel, remove armrest, remove window crank if it has manual windows.(there is a clip on the crank) Start at the bottom and gently pry panel up pulling plasic clips out of holes in door. When panel is loose it will lift off of window ledge. If you have power windows or locks you will have to unplug the switches carefully

Start by removing the inner panel of the door after loosening the screws holding it. For non-power windows , take out the window handle and you should be able to see the latch. Unscrew the bolts holding it and remove.
you must remove all interior panels of the trunk area on the right side of the car. all of the bolts are accessed behind the panel just to the right of the removable panel to access the right rear tail light bulbs. this is an arduous task, but not to difficult with a 10 millimeter socket driver and some patience.
