To replace the light bulbs in the sun visor vanity mirror on a 1991 Ford Escort LX, the mirror will have to be replaced. This part does not have replacement bulbs readily available. If the bulbs are not working it is a problem with a fuse as these run off the battery and are on the same circuit as the interior lights.

Are you asking about a vanity mirror on the sun visor, or a rear view mirror on the door? As far as Chevy Celebrities either mirror is an option. If the original buyer did not opt for either mirror then it doesn't have one.
There are five steps on how to replace the vanity visor mirrors in a 1993 Mercury Tracer wagon. Some of the step-by-step instructions are unscrew the visor fasteners and lower the visor, and then make sure to use the pocket screwdriver to unclip the wiring harness from the visor.
Take a small flat head screw driver and pop the lamp lenses out , then you will see the 4 tabs that hold your visor on, pop the tabs out and remove the vanity base and you can see the bulbs. Then you will need to find the replacement bulb for them. Hope your bulbs aren't broken off, because they are almost impossible to get out. Hope this helps.
