There should be an Allen head screw in the middle of the connection.
Stop in at your local auto parts store, they sell the tool. U need it to do this.
remove plastic moulding around door handle and door lock. unscrew door handle and unsnap plastic anchors around lower portion of door unscrew door panel from door. lift up on panel and remove. remove plastic. unscrew motor from door , let window down and remove two screws holding window. remove motor and metal bar replace and reverse process. 1991 Nissan maxima
The interchangeable part for a 1994 Mustang window crank handle would be a 1991 to 1993 Mustang window crank handle. This part can also be found at some salvage yards for automobile parts.
make sure you remove all the things screwed into the panel like the arm rest/handle and the door handle/locks and pop off the window crank if the windows are manual. there are little plastic plug like things that 'screw' into the panel. they then pop into holes in the doorframe. just pull on the bottom, work your way up, then after they are all pulled then lift up the panel, then look for things wired into the panel like the door locks and the window buttons if the windows are electric.
You should be able to do it with a paper clip, but to be sure, go to the library and check-out a manual for your model of truck. We had to do this with my husbands honda. There is a pin that holds the crank on and you should be able to bend the paper clip into a hook and slip it behind the handle to find the pin and pull it out.

Disconnect everything and pull it out if it is like a manual 1991 ford escort

Remove door trim screws, one in handle one next to side mirror. Remove power window door lock trim, the metal piece is attached to the plastic part. Lift whole door trim up at the rear and down at the front to slide out from door opener handle. Remove the plastic sheeting and any insulation. remove the glass from the lifter arm. Remove wiring.Drill out the 3 rivets that hold the motor, pull out and replace. 1/4 20 bolts and nuts work if you don't have rivets.
Take the door panel off,you will need to remove 3 bolts for the window motor and then 3bolts(maybe4) that hold the regulator to the window
You will need to remove the door panels, and look up in the door at the handle you will see two nuts that hold the handle and a plastic clip on a rod, remove those and replace handle.
