You should be able to do it with a paper clip, but to be sure, go to the library and check-out a manual for your model of truck. We had to do this with my husbands Honda. There is a pin that holds the crank on and you should be able to bend the paper clip into a hook and slip it behind the handle to find the pin and pull it out.

The panel is held on with a screw at the pull handle & about 8 panel retainers. Recommend using a special tool for removing these. The tool is available at most auto parts stores. Slip tool between the panel and the door and pry the retainers loose then remove panel and the plastic dust barrier behind it. The window pane is held in place by 2-12mm headed bolts. You will need to raise/lower the window to reach them. You may also need to remove linkage for the door to attain better access to the window. Install in reverse order
