You have to remove the glove compartment (not sure on how many bolts, its been a while), once it is removed you can see 2 12mm or 14mm bolts that have to be removed. You can't miss these bolts as they are a gold color. Once those bolts are removed you can slide the passenger air bag out some. Next you have to remove the plug from the side of it. It is on the passenger side of the actual airbag and it is a single wire plug into the side of it. Once that is removed you can take it all the way out. The installation is the opposite of the directions that I have provided. Good luck, as that one wire plug can be hard to take out.
Once the wiring and the bolts are removed, the starter should be loose enough to pull out and remove. If not, then tap it to "break" it loose - sometimes the starter will "bond" due to dirt, grime or sludge.

Remove the engine cover and air cleaner assembly. Fuel rail is held on by two bolts per side. Remove all four bolts and just pull straight up on the rail. Might take some effort if they haven't been removed in a while. Remove the clip holding the injector on.
