There are 2- 10mm screws on a flap on the underside of the car beneath the light to be changed. Take these 2 screws out, and pull the flap down. You can reach up and give the bulb assy. a 1/4 turn, and pull back. then just pull out the bulb. I just did this on my 1999 Firebird.
