Remember, you did not include Year of vehicle so general answer only.
Remove head/signal light assembly and any other lights.
Work around the fender removing all the fasteners. To do this the inner fender has to come out.
Remember there are probably bolts hidden in the door jam area and behind splash guards and inner fender.
It is probably also "Glued" down with sealant in a couple places, Care and Patience is required to not damage things.
on the 1996 grand am the evap canister is located on the passenger side, in the fender. would need to remove the coolant reservoir to reach.

it is located on the passenger side firewall. You'll have to remove the passenger side fender to get to all of the bolts, or at very least, remove the fender well.
Under the hood, on the passenger side firewall, close to the passenger side fender.

You have to remove the passenger side fender and/or inner fender liner. It's quite a job; I've done it twice.

its located on the front passenger side of the car.first take off the tire,then the inner fender and the crankshaft pulley will be right there. its also easier to do with air tools.
horn relay is under passenger side fender. to access it you need to remove the plastic liner inside the fender
Inside the front passenger side wheel well (with a flashlight, you can see it through the fender vent). You have to remove the fender to get access.
