If they are anything like the ones on my 07 Santa Fe ,they have a little cut out at one spot on the edge and you just pry them out with a little flat blade screwdriver. Even without the pry spot I'd still go that way. Be GENTLE!!. Also, sometimes they are made out of soft rubber and will bounce off to never, never land so try not to drop it.
If you want to just replace the speakers: Remove window crank ( if present ), remove door panel screws. There are several plastic retainers holding the panel to the door. Gently pry the panel from the door at the sides and bottom, then pull the panel up and over the window lip. The covers are "plastic welded" to the panel. Cut the "welds" and pry off the cover.

Remove the plastic cover first, but be careful as it is on quite tight and could split easily. The radio mounting panel has four screws that you will need to remove. After that, just slide the radio out and disconnect it.

first, remove the door handle on the top. Two screws, phillips, on both ends, under the plastic covers. Then remove the plastic covering the door lock. second, remove the window switch panel by lifting it using a flat edge, and disconnecy cables. third, lift the door panel from the bottom, up. The door panel should come off.
There are several philips-head screws to remove around the bottom and back, then it is mostly a matter of pulling firmly without breaking the (plastic) panel. You must remove the plastic panel located under the windshield wipers. There is about 5 or six torx screws under the hood and about as many Phillips screw hid by plastic covers across the panel.
I just removed the door panel for my 2009 Elantra. (Instructions for driver door) First, look in bezel of door handle. Release cover for screw and remove screw. Look a little below at the door grip handle (or spare change holder if you will) and there is a cover for that screw too and remove that one also. Remove the triangle plastic cover that covers the wire harness to the side mirrors. I opened the door all the way and put my hand on the panel towards the front of the car where the door hinge is at. In my car, I felt a little outward edge of the panel. I slowly pulled it back and the panel started to come off. Don't try to take the whole panel out at once; you may break the plastic fasteners. I've not tried the rest of the door panels, but it might be the same.
The brakelight switch is mounted above the brake pedal, remove the plastic panel beneath the steering wheel, 4x10mm bolts, top 2 covered with plastic plugs, then pull panel away, locate brake pedal and you will see the switch attached above it :)
