Which pulley are you referring to. There is 5 or 6 on that car.
Remove belt. Remove the bolt and then pull the pulley off. Put new pulley in position. Put the belt back on.
You need to remove the bolt, insert the special tool in the hole, and install a three jaw puller to pull the pulley off.

The pulley is pressed fit onto the pump. It will not come off the pump. You have to replace the pump to replace it.
