In the console between the seats, under the black panel with the cigarette lighter in it. You will have to remove the two torx screws that hold the panel in place.

You have to remove the upper panel, third row seat, peal back the cargo area carpet and unscrew and pop it off. It take about an hour to two to remove and get to the speaker.

the sucker is welded on, you gotta remove the bumper and tail lights, and start drilling away at the welds
I assume you referring to the instrument panel lights,,, first remove the dash ,,,and the remove the screws for the panel,,, then flipping the panel over you find the plug sockets for the small bulbs,,,some twist quarter turn >
The quarter glass on a ford explorer is bolted in. Remove the inner panel to access the bolts. Remove the bolts, then some light force may be needed to break the glass sealant free.
The quarter panels are spot welded in place, they are not meant to be readily removed. I have seen a couple of different approaches to remove a damaged quarter panel. Neither was done by a professional body man, I would not recommend either. In one instance the person drilled holes where all of the spot welds were and with some effort was able to remove the panel. In the other case the person used a saw to cut the panel off. My personal thought is if you want a good professional job take the car to a good body shop. Anyone else care to add to this?
