On the lower panel, remove the three screws on each side (passenger and driver side) and pop out the clips. Pull the lower panel straight back to clear.
Removing the lower pane will expose two screws that attach the front, bottom of the radio bezel. Remove these two screws (the outer ones).
Just above the radio, under the overhang, are two small plastic pieces. Using a small screwdriver, pop these open. They open from the right, with the left side as a hinge. Remove the now exposed two screws.
You can now lift the top center piece of the dash up about two inches, which will expose the two screws holding the top of the radio bezel. Remove these two screws. The front bezel will now pull straight out, exposing the radio and its four mounting screws (one in each corner).
If the radio in a 1996 Dodge Grand Caravan quits working, it is likely a blown fuse. It could also be faulty wiring or a defective radio.

You have to remove the vent & bezel assembly from below the radio first, then the entire dash bezel from around the instrument cluster & radio.
It is on the secondary fuse box under dash to left of steering column.
Generally on the dash above the radio, or if you have a overhead console it could be there!
you have to remove the pastic face plate that surrounds the radio unit, (few screws) once done remove the face plate, and should have 2 bolts holding the radio in undo those and pull out radio then disconnect wires accrodingly
