you have to remove the pastic face plate that surrounds the radio unit, (few screws) once done remove the face plate, and should have 2 bolts holding the radio in undo those and pull out radio then disconnect wires accrodingly
remove the radio.and once outside remove the tape deck wich is screw to te radio.
remove Allen screws in the vents pull the covers and remove the deck
Remove the 1994 be a week Century radio decorative cover. Remove the radio retaining screws. Pull the radio out. Remove the wiring harness and the antenna cable from the back of the radio. Reverse the process to install the new radio.
Remove the instrument cluster as per your service manual. After that you just have a couple of bolts holding the radio to the dashboard. Should pull right out after that.
Remove rear seat, them remove rear deck to get to the speakers.
Take off the front piece which has your radio and air and so on ,, this just pops off from bottom to top. Then unscrew your old radio and disconnect the wires in back and the wire for the radio and then get a wire harness so you can adapt to your new deck and connect that and then connect the harness to the new deck and there ya go.
The factory tape deck on a 1996 Acura Integra can be taken off by removing the center console. Once the console is off remove the remaining mounting screws on the radio and pull it out.
2 holes on each side of radio use paper clips or go to part store and buy the tool about $6 insert on both sides and pull the deck ( radio ) out
You'll need a pair of tools to remove this radio, available @ your local car parts store. They're u-shaped and about 3-4 inches long. There inserted in the two holes on either side of the radio. Either pull them together or spred them slightly while pulling the radio towards you. This will release the spring clips on the sides of the radio.
yes, well i have a 84 and im thinking its exactly the same, its jus the four bolts on the plate. that's it..simple as that hten there will be two to four more in by the radio which u will see, that will need to be removed to remove the deck..if nemore ?
You need to remove the rear seat cushion and seat back, then remove the two side panels on either side of the rear deck, then lift up the rear deck to gain access to the two 6x9's.
