If you clean the rotor up alittle you will see it STAMPED on the rotor. Look at it and you will find it. That will be factory specs. If your smart, you will REPLACE the rotors and pads and you will have done a good brake job.

Removing the rotors is very easy. Remove the wheel, then the calipers. Remove the two Phillips head screws from the rotor. The factory rotors will have two threaded holes in which you insert the appropriate sized bolts (not the same holes that you just removed the Phillips head screws from) and turn the bolts in until the rotor pops off. Remove the tires. Remove the two 17mm bolts holding the brake calipers over the rotor. Remove the two screws holding the rotors onto the spindle. you may need to use a hammer with that screwdriver because some tend to be too tight to break by hand. just reverse process to put on new one
To change front rotors on a xterra u have to remove the brake caliper and brake guard off the rotor and then remove the gold cap off the hub and unscrew the two screws holding the wheel bearing in then unscew the holding plate that holds the bearing remember which way the holding plate goes when taking off... then remove the hub and the rotor comes with it ... then the screws going around the hub on the out side remove theses and the rotor comes off .. but i also suggest repacking the wheel bearings and replacing brake pads pads with the new rotors ...

The calipers need a 7 mm hex wrench. The Caliper holder to remove the rotors takes an 18mm socket. This is a 2003 Ford escape..apparently it's the same as a Mazda tribute.
