First take out the lower rear seat cushion. Then remove the rear seat back. Loosen the clips on the plastic panels that cover the rear pillars. You should then be able to remove the carpeted cover and get to the speakers.
You need to remove the rear seat to access the speakers and remove the covers.

Usually under the rear seat. Remove rear seat lower cushion. Remove screws on the cover. Fuel pump is under this cover. You have to remove an electrical connector and unscrew the fuel pump.
The rear seat is not designed to be removed. You can remove the center seat and slide the rear seat forward.
Remove the dash pad, then remove the speakers from the dash frame. For the rear speakers, open the trunk and remove the brackets, that hold the speakers in place. not for the back speakers ..you have to remove the lower rear seat then remove the seat belts then the rear seat back then remove the header panels in the back seat then remove the deck cover ..the rear speakers are bolted in from the top down under the rear deck cover....and the front speakers i believe are mounted in the door panels in the front doors ..you have to remove the door panels to remove them .some do have them in the dash also if they are there u do as the person stated before me.
To remove the 2002 Hyundai accent rear seats find the tabs that cover the bolts and unbolt them. After the bolts are out lift the seat to remove it from the car.
Remove two bolts from seat base and remove seat base. Seat belts can stay on. Remove hardware and remove back seat back. Remove I believe two screws securing rear deck cover, should slide forward and off exposing the speakers and brake light. Have fun.
Raise the seat bottom of the rear driver side seat to access the rear seat fuse box. There will be a small tab sticking out of the seat bottom just as the seat back contacts the seat bottom. Pull up on this tab and the seat bottom will raise and tilt forward. Lift up on the black plastic cover while pushing in on the retaining tabs and remove the cover. Then there will be another black plastic cover with a few holes in it, pull up on this cover and the fuses will be visible.

The rear seat isn't designed to be removed. If you have a center bench seat you can remove that by unclipping it, then slide the rear seat forward.
