YOU WILL HAVE TO REMOVE THE REAR SEATS. THE SPEAKER GRILLS AND THE PANEL IN THE WINDOW IS ONE PIECE.

Pop the speaker grills off with a small screwdriver, then there is 4 screw holding speaker in place, as you lift the speakers out unplug the connector.
If its anyhting like my wife's 2000 - you have to remove the rear seat to gain access to the grill/speaker area. There is a latch you pull outward which is located towards the center of the rear bottom seat to remove the bottom. Then you see the bolts to remove the seat back. You might have to remove some trim pieces as well. then remove the carpet covering the speakers.
look in the trunk next to where the speakers are there are probably some screws holding them on from in there.
1) Fold down the back seats 2) Remove (4) 10mm bolts retaining the seat frame to the body 3) Route the rear seat seat belts through the slit towards the bottom on each side 4) Undo the (3) christmas-tree fasteners on the front of the rear-deck panel 5) Carefully remove the rear deck panel 6) Undo the three fasteners on the underside of the speaker grills, and remove.
1: Lay rear seats down. 2: Remove 4 push plugs in plastic trim. Remove trim. 3: Remove the trim from around the rear window. Both sides. Be carefull not to break wires or connectors for defrost. 4: Remove rear window pad. Speaker grills are attached to this. 5: Push the black tabs to raise speakers out. Tabs are on the left and right of speakers. 6: Disconnect the speaker wires. Not hard to do. DO NOT TRY TO REMOVE THE SPEAKER GRILLS WITH A SCREWDRIVER. They are part of the R/Window pad.
1994 Honda accord ex remove rear rotor
REAR SPEAKER - JR41 Disconnect and isolate the battery negative cable. Fold down the rear seat backs. Remove C-pillar trim. Remove lower quarter trim behind rear seat backs. Remove fasteners from rear shelf trim. Pull out trim to access speaker. Remove speaker screws. Disconnect wire harness connector. Remove speaker (REAR SPEAKER-JR41). REAR SPEAKER - JR27 Disconnect and isolate the battery negative cable. Using a trim stick, pry the speaker grill from the trim panel. Remove speaker mounting screws (REAR SPEAKER - JR27). Remove speaker from trim panel. Disconnect wire harness connector from speaker.
Remove the rear speaker covers in your 1994 Chevy Cavalier. Remove the rear speaker retaining screws. Remove the wiring harness from the back of the rear speakers.
