The Ford Mustang is a rear wheel drive vehicle
I would imagine they are 6 X 9 In my mustang they are 6 x 8 in the front and round 6.5" in the rear both with extra tweeters up top. This is on a 2000 convertible GT. I've been told that the hard top has all 6 x 8's though.

Unfortunately the 2000 Mustang and 1994 Mustang are completely different body styles. The convertible tops are also different, so a top from a 2000 would not fit on a 1994. It might be possible to modify a top from a 2000 to fit on a 1994 but it would be costly and time-consuming; buying a top for a 1994 would be much easier.
