the seat comes off with the plastic rear fenders as one piece. only after the fenders are taken off can the seat actually be removed

you must remove the bolt behind the rear seat and remove the rear seat then you will see 2 small Allen head bolts remove them and the seat will come right off.
Remove lower seat bottom. Remove two bolts from bottom of seat back. Lift seat back off of its hooks. Remove from car. Use Philips screwdriver to remove 4 screws holding speaker grille to seat back frame.
underneath the back of the seat there are 2 crews undo them then take off the seat
remove the passenger pad first, when removed it uncovers screws on the rear of the drivers seat. Remove these and it comes off.
You have to remove the Allen bolt on the rear of the passenger seat, then remove the two Allen bolts exposed when you removed the passenger seat. The driver seat should slide back and off now.
there are six bolts on the bottom of the rear fender 4 in back and 2 in the front. i found it just as easy to take the whole rear fender off seeing as that only held in by a couple of bolts.
Use your key on the left side by the seat. turn it counterclockwise. and the front seat should pull off. Once you remove the front seat there are two releases to remove the rear seat.
Remove a bolt (hex) from either side at the bottom of the seat. Near the shock.

open the toolbox on the back, and remove the screws inside it holding the seat on, it lifts right off after that.
Move the seat all the way forward then remove the nuts or bolts from rear. Move the seat all the way back then remove the front nuts or bolts. Tip the seat back and disconnect the electrical plug(s). Remove the seat from vehicle.
