There should be bolts/screws under your dash where the radio is,also remove the ash tray also there are screws there too, once those are removed put two flat head screw drivers on either side and it should pop right out.
i currently have the same prob...to my understanging the stock stereo runs along with the dash lighting, so did you remove the stock stereo? also check fuses on the driver kick panel

It's under the Air Intake Tubing, on top of the Transmission. (Look between the Battery and Throttle Body) I haven't had the stock Intake on my Integra for the past Five years, but with an Aftermarket Intake, I still find it to be easiest to pull the intake off to get to the Dipstick.
