Peel back the carpet, and look for wires running from below the trunk into the tail light housing. Depending on the Continental, you will either need to unscrew the light housing to reach the bulb, or twist the bulb housing and remove it to expose the bulb. It is very easy to do once you locate the wires running into the housing.
