AnswerThe fuel pump fuse on a 1990 buick lesabre is on the passenger's side, under the glove box. When you look under the glove box, you will see a black cover under the dash that stretches across 3/4 of the car. (There is another cover under the steering wheel.Remove the passenger side cover. Looking underneath the glove box, you will see a fuse box to the far right side. You will likely need a flashlight to see it.In my 1990 buick lesabre, there are 3 fuses at the bottom of that fuse box, and the center fuse is the one for my fuel pump. It is a 20 amp fuse.

The valve cover has to be unbolted from the head to be removed. Any hoses or brackets in the way needs to be removed, then lift the valve cover off.
